JAMISON WORLEY | MS, RDN, LDN, CSN | FOUNDER

Specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns and sports nutrition

Jamison is originally from Franklin, TN - born and raised. She completed her nutrition and dietetics degree at the University of Tennessee before migrating up north to Boston, MA to complete her Masters degree in Nutrition and sports nutrition along with her dietetic internship at Simmons College.

An athlete growing up, she saw how important nutrition was on the body and for sport. She decided to make nutrition a career when she worked as a sports nutrition intern at the University of Tennessee helping athletes fuel their bodies. From there, she migrated up to Boston to continue schooling and had amazing experiences in the world of sports and eating disorders.

Her love for other areas of nutrition came from her vast experience post-college working in residential treatment for co-occurring eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse, a medical-based health and wellness facility, a collegiate sports facility, and a clinical, outpatient nutrition counseling setting.

Overall, she enjoys helping clients find healthier relationships with both food and their bodies by using an evidence-based, non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach in her nutrition counseling. Jamison is a big believer in the “all foods fit” model and working with client’s individually to balance their plate with an end goal of creating a more positive relationship with food.

She loves working with adolescents and adults alike around developing a better relationship with food and body.

Jamison loves all things outdoors including hiking, camping, and kayaking and is the biggest fan of the connection of body and mind while enjoying yoga and running. She currently lives in Nashville with her husband, 2 little girls, and chocolate lab.
